Name and Likeness Permission & Release
By attending or participating in any The GLUE Ministry event whether live, virtual, or recorded you grant full permission to Dr. Shay Hagerman and her team to record, photograph, or capture your image, voice, and likeness. You agree that these recordings and photographs may be used for ministry, promotional, educational, or media purposes, in any format or platform, now and in the future.

You understand that this permission is irrevocable, that no financial compensation will be provided, and that you waive the right to inspect or approve the final use of these materials.
Payment Plans
If you enroll in a payment plan for any The GLUE Ministry service or program, you agree to complete all payments within the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to materials or termination of participation without refund.
If you utilize a third-party lender including one recommended by us you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding that lender’s terms and conditions. The GLUE Ministry and Dr. Shay Hagerman do not offer financial advice and are not responsible for any third-party agreements or outcomes.
Force Majeure
The GLUE Ministry is not liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions in service caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, power or internet outages, or any other unforeseen events.
